    Force 2023

Yes. I've attended several training sessions and the intensity and attention to detail is the standout difference to me. It will take time to translate into consistent results on the field (especially with a young squad and few star players) but I can already see the changes starting to happen.

Also a potentially large supporter base due to the significant Kiwi, PI, UK and South African migrants populations in Perth. Not only will they come onboard if the team shows sustained success but their offspring will become rusted on supporters and local players in time.

Blues vs Force, Sun Mar 26th. Eden Park.

Same reason Kiwi teams are full of Islanders.

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

    These commentators are beyond unprofessional
  5. SteveWA

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

    This officiating is simply awful

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

You’ll be ok, as long as they don’t start calling offside and forward passes

Round Five: Waratahs vs Chiefs Friday 7:30 pm

Two weeks is apparently a lifetime.

Blues vs Force, Sun Mar 26th. Eden Park.

The unavailability of HBF Park due to resurfacing for the Woman's Football World Cup is likely to have been a factor in scheduling

    Refereeing decisions

i think they are heading (!) in the right direction and the disconnect between the match day officials and the review panel is just a teething problem. That being said the inconsistencies (within and between matches) is a real problem if it continues

Force v Moana, Round 3 Saturday March 11

Rehab, much like Pasitoa. The Force are playing the long game with those two.

Force v Moana, Round 3 Saturday March 11

Sorry, those law interpretations are illogical and inequitable. A player should never be carded for someone running in to him.

    SR2023 R3 - Rebels vs Waratahs Friday 10 March @ 7.35pm

In your opinion, but I find it quite hilarious hearing a huge crown roar when stadiums are empty. And I’m not your mate.

    SR2023 R3 - Rebels vs Waratahs Friday 10 March @ 7.35pm

The broadcasters should borrow the NRL’s crowd sound effects. They even had it running during the COVID crowd lockouts

SRP (Super Rugby Pacific) Round 1 25/02/23 Force v Rebels

And where else do you get an internationally (or even super rugby) experienced lock at short notice for injury cover rates? Thrush was already in the system, being at most training sessions and also coaching both the Academy and a local club. He'd know the players and the calls. Far from being...

SRP (Super Rugby Pacific) Round 1 25/02/23 Force v Rebels

Kudos to the Rebels players, who stayed on the pitch after the game to mingle with fans.

    Refereeing decisions

Ditto. My main observations are that head contact doesn’t seem to matter unless it is thought to be intentional, the video refs make mistakes but they make them quickly, the game itself is tedious but the players are superb athletes with exceptional skills.
