    I'd suggest Ikatau as culpable, given he is the most downfield at the time of the kick (slightly ahead of Lancaster) with a considerable start over Wright and the Georgians and he is the first to give up the chase. To be fair, I don't imagine Schmidt will be too happy about any of this passage...
