I reckon if the Brumbies go to market it will either be to lure Pasitoa back or Mclaughlin-Phillips down, I can't see them having the money to lure a those guys back from Japan. At least not without significant RA backing, and I'm doubtful they'll be overly phased about grabbing those guys...

Yeah, while the ball-in-play time is improved I'm not sure it's massively different from other seasons of comps, but the dead time is largely gone. That's the real secret to improving the product without necessarily sacrificing the set pieces that make our game unique.

I just don't think Edmed is ready yet. It'd be different if it was a settled side a year or two into their systems and structures, but he's much too flighty to build around. Shorter stints off the bench are probably better for him right now too.
