This is getting very caught up in detail, but its also not all about height. Longer arms gives you a chance to reach for a ball infront or sideways, to compete with the opposition jumper.

Faesslar didnt really offer anything more than Porecki has? Porecki is probs still first choice thrower and has certainly gotten better in contact over this test window. Faesslar was no doubt good on debut but didnt show anything to be starting him over Porecki yet.

    Subbies 2023!

Although the quality of footy from Div 2 to Div 3 hasnt looked that different bar Lindfield, UNSW maybe and some performances early by Newport, I cant see any of the div 3 clubs doing well in Div 2. Because, numbers.

    Wallabies 2023

Its suprising to me that our players would be unfit... didnt the changes to super rugby this year (time limits on scrums, penalty kicks etc) mean we had more time in play and a faster game. Surely our players should have seen some benefit in this? Maybe another reason the Aussies struggled...

"Bring back the good ol days when the 10 was the kicker and that was his job" you mean the good old days when we had a second rower kicking?

    Bledisloe 1: 29 July @ MCG

The forwards looked like a much better unit in attack and esspecially defence this match. Crazy what having 1 great ball runner does in Bell. Valetini so had some good carries. I thought it was a big call to start Carter and Tate. However after seeing White come on and slow the play down...

    Bledisloe 1: 29 July @ MCG

The pack has been solid around the park, backline has shown glimmers of hope. Being let down by this kick heavy game plan with no good kickers in the team. Play to strengths.

    Subbies 2023!

Not sure who you think would be angry with that. Div 2 pretty boring with Lindfield to clean up. Div 3 - 1sts, I think Oysters will be too strong for Beecroft, they have been off the pace last 4 rounds (Iggys the exception). 2nds, Beecroft if not spread thin between the grades shouldnt have an...
