No issues with Div1 v Div 4, if you opt in to play this comp then you would have to expect that. My issues would mainly be administrative. Not sure how you would squeeze it in mid season. Say you have it pre season, there is a small window between summer sports and winter, so you have issues...

I agree, silly to run colts if its barely a subbies comp. Go to 3 grades and intergrate the colts into grade.

What are the odds of getting hornsby back in subbies? Surely they get sick of driving an hour or more up the freeway every weekend. They could slot into 3rd grade nicely. Beecroft Barker Knox? Harlequins Hornsby Still a few short. Makes for a nice local north side comp. (Except harlequins)...

Based on this year, you almost do get rid of div 3. Harbour isnt a club, just a team... maybe they go play as a team in a div 1 club to get some competitive rugby instead of leaning on SS clubs for other teams. Who knows what Knox will look like next season. Iggies could barely put a team...

Div 3 1st Grade grand final has been fixed up on cluch and so can be watched now. A great game to go have a look at. The men in green looked good all game, but discipline fell apart at the end and cost them the game.
