I think 1 more year in third div will be good for the men at croft. Very young club at the moment and a 3rd grade might stretch them. Hopefully they can retain their young guns and build numbers

I think this is kind of supports my point. The 10 shouldnt be pressured into kicking because he is the 10... he has a lot of other skills that need developing. It seems that you must kick if you play 10 surely we can be a bit more open minded then that.

Not sure why kicking duties have been restricted to a backs only skill. Have we forgotten about John Eales? Im not saying everyone should be practicing kicking, anyone who has some natural talent in the skill should work on it, make themselves more selectable. Not just a burden on the 10...
