I highly recommend the next time your school plays Auggies, go watch the 13As game. The Auggies 13As is a fantastic unit playing high tempo and skilled rugby. Don't worry about the scoreboard, just enjoy watching what these little fellas can do running with the ball.

Not quite all 6 , but close enough. They played 5 CAS schools that year. With regards to disappointing ISA vs CAS results, there is a simple solution. Tell the ISA boys (aka St Augustine's 1st XV) they are playing Oakhill instead of CAS ... you will get a massive turn around in form :)

Agree, 'Watch' ..... hardly a pattern. Besides 2012, I don't think Oakhill has beaten Auggies since 2005 so I reckon there been more than 8 attempts. Plus the last 2 Waratah Shield finals.

I know Barker has a full program against Oakhill next weekened from 13Es to 1st XV.

You are spot on,Hugh. You only have to watch the annual Div 2 semis to see the standard of rugby played by not just Chev or Redfield but also Central Coast, All Saints & Andrews right across the age groups. They will always remain in Div 2 until they can field 3 teams per age group. Question is...

Officially Eddies was banned from playing in the Waratah Shield for a couple of years because they are based in the ACT -- what they really should do is banned any team coached by Papahatzis to make it a more even comp :) His record at Eddies was sensational, and now what he has done at Auggies...
