    Blues v Brumbies Rd 9, Friday 10 April 2015

Lausii has gone to catch the ball three times and slid each time. He's gotta hold his feet for ball security.

    Blues v Brumbies Rd 9, Friday 10 April 2015

Pocock with another steal. Having a blinder.

Rebels v Reds Rd 8 Good Friday 2015

Just dont use a swinging arm. Period. It's at minimum a yellow card. If it bounces off the shoulder into the head it deserves a red for stupidity and recklessness.

Homophobic remark in Tahs Brumbies game

So you'd rather rugby protect its brand by covering up homophobia and dealing with it non-transparently (if at all), than to have players and the broader organisation actively work to counter the issue?

Homophobic remark in Tahs Brumbies game

The problem is this is not an issue which concerns just inner city Sydney, where in my experience homophobia is minimal. It concerns rugby players and spectators everywhere and society as a whole. These words impact on people, particularly young people coming to terms with their sexuality. The...

Homophobic remark in Tahs Brumbies game

Fixed. I know several people - gay and straight - who play for convicts. That's my bad for not rereading what I wrote.

Homophobic remark in Tahs Brumbies game

I am pleased to see that Potgeiter has taken responsibiliy for his actions; however I am unsure how constructive the punishment is. Will the fine go to a gay support group for example? Also perhaps Potgeiter should show that he is a better man than his words suggest by engaging with inclusive...

Homophobic remark in Tahs Brumbies game

Im mostly being a pedant here. I just think latent homophobia is more problematic as a broader societal issue. Violence occurs but that from my experience seems to be a less broad problem today - thankfully. Braveheart is definitely against homophobia too, I just dont like the degrees of...

Homophobic remark in Tahs Brumbies game

Sure that's your opinion. I disagree. I believe that while the word is used to denegrate an action as bad, weak or inferior it actually has a greater impact on those who have not come to terms with their sexuality. Gay youth have an incredibly high rate of depression and often this comes about...

Waratahs v Brumbies, round 6, Sunday 22 March

Worst decision of the year on Fardy?

Rebels v Brumbies Super Rugby 2015 Rnd 3

Wasn't it Vaea who knocked Digby out a few years back with an unintentional swinging arm? He isn't dirty but he has some history there.

    Reds 2015

I guess that means Lilo will be keeping his spot in gold for the World Cup then.

    Brumbies 2015

Where's the source on White leaving? That's a massive shame, but perhaps not surprising if he was offered a bucket of euros. We are going to have to do some recruiting to replace him though. Dowsett doesn't seem up to starting for some time.

    Pocock Arrested

    The ones about sexual harrassment.

    Argentina v Australia, Mendoza 4/10/14

Imo Hooper's chargedown is definitely a penalty, although very unlucky to be a yellow card. However, if you listen to Owens he seemed to say that the card was not just for that offence but repeated team offences and general bad discipline. This is probably a product of Hooper's management...

    Argentina v Australia, Mendoza 4/10/14

Hooper's binding in Slipper at scrum time does look particularly strong so far. Could cause issues as the game goes on.

Waratahs v Brumbies 28th June ANZ Stadium

    Whatever happened to Haru?

    ACTJRU U18 & ACT Schools XV 2013

Grammar has just beaten Eddies 19-17. Grammar had been up 19-5 with not long left so probably quite lucky to get out of that one with a win in the end.

Tailgating at the Tahs Afternoon Games - Feb 15th 2013

I was in England all of last year and this was a regular thing at all the matches I went to at Twickenham. It was awesome. Not a lot of food mind you, but just about as much cold beer as you can get your hands on.
