    S15 Rd 1 - Brumbies v Reds, Friday 13th February

I agree with the defensive worries for the new centre pairing, but I am also pretty excited. Kerevi mainly played 12 in the NRC* and was very, very good at absorbing a number of defenders then getting an offload away. *yes, I know Super Rugby is different.

Reds V Crusaders Friday 6th Feb - Ballymore

Karmichael didn't look happy about taking the points.

Reds V Crusaders Friday 6th Feb - Ballymore

I don't think it's too soon to say that the Reds are definitely going to repeat the performance of 2011.

Reds V Crusaders Friday 6th Feb - Ballymore

Very true about karmichael but for a first chop in a fair while for someone who's not even an axemen, is good.

Ducky Horwill with another try. He is playing very accurately. Karmic Hall put a great ball through to Ant which created the opportunity.

Reds V Crusaders Friday 6th Feb - Ballymore

Karmic Hall sharp and confident. JJ taking his chance so far too. Try to the Reds through great forward play.

    England v Australia

One positive at least from this game is To'omua in great form. Not afraid to get in a ruck and tough defence.

    England v Australia

McCalman obviously moved into his path.

    England v Australia

He set up a try for Israel Folau in his first test with a pretty nice pass.

    Ireland v Australia

Yeah, that's my big problem with Foley. He just doesn't seem to set off the players around him and get the most out of them. I don't think he is by any means a bad player but the things Quade brings that he doesn't are things I personally prefer in a 5/8. Quade from the Dunedin test last year...

    Wales v Australia

I feel sorry for To'omua but also think that he is the type of player to fight back hard for his spot, it will only be good for him. I really like backs with great ruck technique like him.

    Reds 2015

Hearing great things about his fitness, which explains those stats. My fond memories of him playing for Reds A in 2011 still have a little warmth in them - I'd love to see him kick on next year.

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

The big difference I see between Cooper and Foley is that if a try is on, Cooper will generally make it happen. I've noticed that a number of times in recent games Foley has pulled an AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) with the line open for another player - a flyhalf should be the least susceptible to white-line fever. In...

    Ewen McKenzie Resignation

Thanks Fairfax for your pathetic poisonous reporting on this issue. You managed to make News Corp look good - great achievement!
