    yes i have to agree, The BBC first xv will be really strong this year after what i seen on the weekend. I was particularaly shocked that Conrad Quick and Joshua Bowen were selected for GPS 3. But these are the legit GPS teams.

    The only NTS players from BBC are Braedon Hood, Junior Fakaosilea, Conrad Quick, Gareth Kallel, Joshua Bowen and Brodie Collins. And he doesnt bench 150 kg because Conrad Quick holds the record at the BBC gym at the monement at 135kg
