Brumby Runner, I fully agree with your analysis great post.

Henry O'Donnell reminds me of a young Adam Ashley-Cooper

Agree, one player I would be targeting is Isaac Lucas though he probably isn't off contract any time soon.

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

Our most successful 10 in the last 30 years and one of the great gambles in Australian Rugby was moving Larkham from 15 to 10. He was never going to replace Burke but after moving to 10 became the arguably the most important cog in the team leading the team to another world cup. We need to make...

    Argentina v Australia, 8am Sunday 1 Sep (AEST) - TRC Round 3

This is a good choice given the circumstances - Wilson as captain. I think he is a very good player with heart. My preferred backrow would be Leota 6, McReight 7, and Valetini 8. McReight is bigger and stronger this year than he has ever been. Full credit to him as in previous years I thought...

    Waratahs 2025

I totally agree with Marce about playing Sua'ali'i at 12 as I have been saying that for a while. I have also been plugging for Jorgo at 10, yes Jorgo at 10 will upset a lot of people. However, four years ago I suggested moving Wright to flyhalf at the Brumbies as I didn't think we had a 10...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

Been saying Sua'ali'i is the answer though he needs to learn how to defend at 12 first. He should be fast tracked into that position at the Tahs as even if he struggles initially, he will pick it up quicker. We have enough talent in the outside backs with Toole, Jorgo ect.

That is because like me your' a Tahs supporter. Yea, Donaldson has a much bigger boot and so does Lynagh. Though neither of them set the house on fire either.

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

I know people Yes, I said he would get smashed. Gives it a good crack, just too small. Forwards out muscled, backs to quick and slick. We don't have the cattle. They need Skelton A.S.A.P. Thor and Bell. Yes, backs didn't see much ball not their fault today. I will continue to say fly half has...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

Wow man, you really don't like the Tahs, honestly the way they played this year none should get in except Bell if match fit. I rate out No 9 talent in Aus pretty lame as well. Honestly, I am a Tahs fan and I prefer Lonergan over all other 9's. I see Gordon about the same as Tate and ahead of...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

Also McReight, McDermott plus Wilson have been hyped in times past. I have never heard Bowen being touted as a super star and please Lynagh at 10, I would prefer Lolesio. And yes, a great idea giving Jorgensen a go at 10 starting at club rugby first, he has pace, vision a good kicking game. None...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

I think Tizzano is going to get smashed at the breakdown. That won't stop him from having a crack. Good luck to him though. Yes Donaldson probably a place holder though I hope I am wrong there, as how be it I just don't see any other quality 10's coming through since Carter left. Backing the...

    Waratahs 2025

Honestly, I think that this whole thing about not wanting to go to the Waratahs is about the dollars. They know RA want them at the Tahs so their managers are playing them, trying to squeeze every bit they can. Regarding Lukhan Salakaia-Loto a lease can be broken and RA could assist with the costs.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

I forgot about Len. They still need a decent 12 and 10. My absolute off the cuff left field thought is I wonder how Jorgensen would go at fly half.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

Yes, I have always said Donaldson is better than Noah. Nearly got laughed off this forum by all the Brumbies supporters. He has the better pass, the longer boot and puts more people in the gap and has deceptive pace when he takes on the line.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

It is great to see that the best half back in Aus is finally settled. Gordon streaks ahead of McDermott and White. Took a New Zealander to realise it.

    Waratahs 2025

By the looks of it they should have never let him go.

    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

Sorry, badly worded not saying Wilson should be captain. I just think he should be in the team with Valetini at 6 in place of Wright. Maybe Slipper captain.

    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

Not sure I like Wright being captain. I think Wilson if he is ready after surgery would have been better as McReight plays his best rugby with Wilson at 8 and move Valetini to 6. If Wilson not available I would have preferred Tom Hopper. Honestly, this team doesn't fill me with great...

    Waratahs 2025

Well, I have been reading all the comments and it appears that the only good things of note are the two people we have signed Kellaway and Sua'ali'i. Do I think he is worth what Sua'ali'i is reportedly being paid, probably not. Do I think he will make a difference, not unless he gets a good team...
