Ashgrove 44 - Peters 14 Absolutely dominant display from Ashgrove against a poor peters side. Was honestly expecting a lot more even match, not too sure what went wrong on Peters side. Standouts: Ashgrove - 12 (Sullivan), 3 (Adams), and the halves (Day and De Flavvis) all played really well...

Does anyone know much about the 16's? How each side stacks up.. I know Padua beat Ashgrove this year, are they the best two in the division?

Not entirely sure. He was the one wearing the blue headgear i believe? Hope I got it right..

I honestly think that's a bit far fetched, if you're talking about the 15 I do understand he should have given the ball on a number of occasions. However if you're referring to the likes of Wratten crossing for 3.. As someone said earlier I thought they were all attributed to sheer individual...

Clearly an upset Iona supporter. I found the game extremely entertaining. It's subject to opinion my friend. I though the 9, Day, had a great game in comparison with his last performance against Padua. I can however see where you are coming from about the 13. I heard amongst parents he plays...

Couldn't agree more. Absolutely outstanding performance from a number of Marist players, in particular I was extremely happy with the performance from Wratten (who is in year 11 mind you), the halfback Day (grade 10) as well as McKinnon (plays in second row). Ashgrove were a quality side today...

Couldn't agree more. Padua will be a force in the years to come in the AIC.

Completely agree from a Marist old boy. Padua deserved the win after being a man down at multiple times and still keeping defence intact. Very physical and great game from both sides.

Marist 16A's went down 21 - 19 to Padua if anybody is interested. Absolute thriller.

I understand that.. Which is why I said I will be expecting a similar performance this year, i.e. a tight first half (possible Padua or Marist lead) however in the second 35 a dominant display by Ashgrove to win.

Agreed with above with regards to the Ashgrove v Padua game. Ashgrove really did turn up to play last week against Villa, they looked like a team on their way to a premiership, I understand however Villa isn't one of the tougher teams this year. This weekend will be a great test for bothsides...

I'm not entirely sure we were watching the same game mate. It was an absolutely dominant Ashgrove performance, in particular within the forwards. Ashgrove honestly had a field day in the forwards with their set piece against Villa. The 9 / 10 (Jaz Day, Issac De Flavis) for Ashgrove had a...
