    Force vs Sharks - 2011R03

The first Aus vs SA match coming up. Force off a bye and the Sharks in great shape after beating the Blues. One battle and maybe deciding will be the Lampie vs OConnor one. The Force dont had much success against the Sharks in the past and myself cant see this happening if the Sharks keep up...

    Stormers 2011

Look who is the star player for the Lions, Josh Strauss, a born and bred Bolander, not used by the Stormers and a huge talent.

    Stormers 2011

Boet we have quite a core of experiense players in the team. Jantjes, Habs, Mossie, Jean, Grant, Pie Vreter, Schalkie, Bekker, Liebenberg, CJ vd Linde have been around for some time now. The S15 is a marathon and we need to blood these talented youngsters. They need to get the right mix.

    Stormers vs Lions

Was at the game and the droppie wasnt on, they were to far out. Jantjies is a good place kicker, myself rate him above Lampie in this department but vok knows that hit from Duanne Vermeulen must have made him off target. Most players wont stood up after that one and credit for the young one...

The Role of Private Schools in Australian Rugby

Not 100% Baldric, in the Western Cape specially Boland most historical coloured schools plays rugby. In the EC you'll find some historically black schools also playing rugby. Anyway these schools have a well set rugby culture. They dont practise rugby in school time (08h00 to 14h00). Teachers at...

van Aswegen was the top point scorer in U21 CC 2010. Obvious very young for SA standards, old enough for Aus standards. Grant as you can see still need a few braai tjops and sunshine before he is ready.

Paarl Boishaai is our arc enemy in Paarl. Our schoolboy season only starts over the Easter weekend but Boishaai will be a much better contender to the Glenwood lot playing there over the past few years. They are always in SA Top 10 rugby schools. Their preview for 2011 per Rugbymatters site...

    SA vs NZ matches

Problem is the Blues never play the same way each week, one week better then the All Blacks next week kakker then anything. The Sharks plays the perfect gameplan to strangle them, no wonder they have beat them now for a long time. The Sharks just need to sort out their lineouts.
