Can we get footage of the BBC v IGS 1st XV??? rather than the 13A~

NC v TGS. Not a bad opening game by both sides. TGS had there opportunities, particularly at the start of the match where they controlled the ball. However, poor decision making lead them to come up "empty handed" in the first half. There were times where they stretched the Nudgee defence, but...

Whatever happens, don't break the blokes selected for Schoolboys. No Huge wasn't wishing ill of him, just saying "if" he has an off day! No juries etc

No they haven't (BBC fallen off the map!), but I think it's going to be harder than a lot think. IGS have a spoiling style of game, which if a few things go their way, can be very hard to beat. There's a fair bit of belief, particularly amongst the one's that played in Sydney and I think that...

MY Predictions for the weekend TSS - BGS (TSS by 20+) NC - TGS ( NC by 10) BBC - IGS ( IGS by 5) ACGS - GT ( ACGS by 15 +) BSHS - bye All fairly similar, but have an upset with IGS. With the front row/forwards, free flowing running and BBC injury worries, I think IGS can provide the first of...

I agree: Churchie will be hard to beat, but then again so will IGS at home (if switched on) as will TGA. That why I think the draw will make some difference. On the three way tie situation I think it will be TSS, NC and TGA, with IGA and Churchie next.

People in the know saying the "injury " curse has hit BBC ist xv and 16 As again. Halfbacks and centres dropping like flies-3 at least are serious and season ending. GSP, 10 minutes ago Report Wow really! Nobody likes to see that. We just want everybody on the field and win a game fair n...

Yes that's true, that is what he is there to do. However last year he (Gavin Luca) scrimmaged very well. However this year he has had back discomfort and therefore he ability at the scrums is of a lesser quality. I understand other players have niggles, however a back to a prop seems to be...

In a similar vain, we also have the NC 125 years (Old boys day) v GT game. But the TSS and NC is prominent and I also think the TSS v TGA (at the end of the season) & TSS v BBC game (both away for TSS) will be prominent as well. Hopefully I can get to the TSS v NC game and stir you coast boys...

I think another key to this years winner of GPS is the draw (everyone has not paid much attention to this!). So a few have said that TSS, NC, BBC and TGS are the favourites. Well the draw may be enough to swing the competition this year. From historical experience TSS and TGS are not the best...

That may be true that Veravis and Riley have that "x-factor" but it must be remembered that they are either outside centres or wingers. That's if they get the ball! And that's a big "if". They may be devastating, but it's not a guarantee. I have seen many a "x-factor" back not really come into...

GT had two reps. I think that there may be a few rested this weekend before the start of the season.

I don't think Gavin Luka was out-played; that's a little bit rich. He was certainly out scrummed, but his general play was more than sound. He currently has a back complaint that he is trying to get right. So we will see during the GPS season what happens. Don't right him off!

Yes I was talking about Jack Ireland but forgot to attach the reply.

He's playing again, but did not want to trial. He's busy enough. You will see him in the butcher stripes again this year.

As far as I'm aware Elordi has played possibly one game for NC first XV probably at trail in TSS this year. I hear a lot about this guy, but have only seen him play one trail! He has not, as far as I can tell, ever played a game for the First XV, but I hear from some old boys he is the best...

"I could be wrong but I never saw a class no. 10 tonight which is a problem if we gonna face NSW. Tactical kicking, decision making under pressure, maybe tomorrow prove me wrong." - the breakdown I thought that the #10 Stewart had a good game in the first (Chairman's XV) game and an even...

I think he means Watson (#16 is a prop). I agree I think he was very unlucky, however is in the 23 for Qld 2, so he will get a run, I hope.

I don't think anyone played on the weekend (end of term plus Qld School trials). TGA had 11 or 12 and all acquitted themselves very well. Depth is hard to gauge at this stage. I think the best barometer is the trails (GPS) held thus far, as a lot of first XV are probably rested (no one shows...
