For whats its worth, never forget that Saru have to develope more then anyone else. We have a PoC (Player of Colour)system going and they need to make sure to develope them. We are the specialists in this regard.

Excellent post. You need a competition to develope them from school to u20. Our lot play CCu u19, the best lot will shift to Varsity Cup and then Vodacom/S15 rugby. You do get freaks like Pollard and Thomas du Toit who jump that levels.
