    RWC - Wallabies v Italy - 11th September 2011

It will probably come down to a kicking competition the day before the game, seems to be the current protocol.

    RWC - Wallabies v Italy - 11th September 2011

Hate to harp on the point, but he's played a full Super season with most of those backs, including the 9/10. He may need to build his combination with the forwards, I think they've gelled pretty well together already though.

Scott Sio is a pretty good prospect, plays like a young Kepu.

RWC 2011 - Bitch, moan and discuss - Referees and Law Discussions

I agree antipodean. The best refs have an ability to focus on the bigger picture and the real impact of players actions.

    RWC - Wallabies v Italy - 11th September 2011

I'd put Barnes at 10 or 12. Italy are a forward strong side, they love to grind teams down and kick goals. It will be interesting to see if the forwards can dominate the way they did in Brisbane.

    RWC - Wallabies v Italy - 11th September 2011

Does Samo really? He has a whole Super season under his belt. Vicks, maybe. I think he's doing pretty well, but if they both need gametime they can come off the bench against the minnows.

    RWC - Wallabies v Italy - 11th September 2011

Very valid concerns, BH. Samo didn't last more than 50-odd minutes IIRC (although he did have some barnstorming runs and knocks that would've taken a lot out of anyone), I'm not as worried about Vicks ability to last but the post-game recovery will be hard for both of them.

So what does Angaa offer that's different to this? Or McCabe?

    Ch9 RWC coverage

07 was done pretty well on Ten, I recall them playing the majority of games. But they had it easy, many of the games were on at 1 or so in the afternoon.

What to do with JOC (James O'Connor)?

I really think this is an unfair summary of his attacking play. It is his most effective weapon, and it's pretty damn effective.
