Tell us something we don't know-! Like the name of the big (real big) new boy at TSS and whether he is a8 or a 3.

correct Tiaontin has left but 2 more Raorens left including Tony in grade 12 this year who many say is better than big brother. And would have played 9 in firsts last year but for broken ankle.

Two things that do appear clear: 1) TSS will have the most boys back ; and 2) TSS will have the most 18 year olds -- which will count in last 10 minutes

So I do think rowing and rugby can work together at schoolboy level. I think BBC will be good for it this year. I think the Sanix tournament making it a very long season was the biggest factor in their season results last year Mr Shark i agree with you.The Sanix made it too long a season...

[Mr Cj re BBC Unless there are injuries then cant see any new ones going up apart from at 14 perhaps. 3,4 , 9,10 and 12 in the last 4 matches of 1st xv were all under 16 last year,

i expect BBC 16As to be very strong this year. it seems highly unlikely that any will be in 1st xv contention( only 4 or 5 in a 45 boy squad) and a lot were injured last year.Plus i hear Jaydn Ngamanus cousin is back from injury and has jet shoes as well .

Confirming all the BBC 14 A players from last year are back as is the big centre that was injured most of last year.no one has left . This team has lost one match in 3 years. But the brother of one player is in grade 8 at GT this year. This is where the rumours started. Seems when he made Qld...

Interesting and concerning. By my calculations all but 2 of a probable BBC 1st xv forward pack( only 6&7)(including new kid from Melbourne who did row) were involved in serious rowing in 1st to 3rd eights or under 16 eight. Remember how much weight Darcy Tamousa -Swain lost last year while...

correct. Very concerning - they were hoping to have same front row as played most matches last year. Also 2 bad ACL injuries at 1st tackling session. The good news is that ( Drahms mate) Totai Kefu was seen helping out at the camp. Lets hope he has an official role.

not sure who this big unit is ?Must be one of the rowers . But Yanopa is all that is good about GPS rugby - missionary' s son from wilds of PNG -.comes to GPS school under Will Genia program - learns rugby - on track to get a great OP score - a gentleman and a scholar

BBC taking 45 boys to Stradbroke but only 5 are under 16. It was at this camp ladt year that 1st choice 9 broke his ankle and there were a number of other injuries. lets hope they do not go through 5 different centres this year. A lot of pressure for numbers 1,2&3 this year.

BBC going to Stradbroke Island. 30 in squad. Nance said to "prepare for hell".Drahm & Van Humphries just laughed. Even Ikatu & Farrell -3rd year in 1sts looked nervous. I hear the PNG "brick shithouse" (played 3 last year)Chris Yanopa has a knee injury.

So it looks like the GPS schools are saying from under 15 onwards it is GPS comp only? Is that because of burnout or fear of injury ?

Jigplex You are A troll and bullshitter and a patently obvious one at that. Fact 1 . to play 1st xv you must be at the school day 1 in 2016. so what good is " going out again to find faster players" at this point. Absolute rubbish; Fact 2. both 9s are back and were in grade 11 last year. T...

Dropped little bro off at cricket last Thursday and drove past the BBC open rugby squad training( minus the rowers). probably not surprised to see the fittest two there were ............... Nance ( at around 50 ) and Drahm ( who the Reds could use) Good to see Ikatu ( Aussie schools) and Simpson...
