I guess a difference to Australia selecting from anywhere is that unlike Scotland, Ireland, Wales etc. we dont have the luxury of switching the tv on at 2pm on a Sunday and still watching our players play in a competition live. If we let them all go overseas eventually there is very little...
I need to see Holland in 15s before making my mind up.
The right wing spot will be the hardest to pick, Vudogo I’m keen to see if he has some of that Fijian magic. He’s a former world u20s trophy player of the tournament (the comp below the u20s championship). Always curious to see Lachie...
For the record Faulkner is a kiwi/Victorian. Born and lived in NZ until he was in yr 6. Then family moved to Victoria where he played the majority of his junior and representative rugby until moving to Canberra in his final year to continue to work on his rugby. On saying that why do we care...
Last census said there was 189,000 South African born migrants living in Australia.
NSW had the highest % of Australia’s SAF population
NSW 27%
QLD 25%
WA 25%
Vic 17%
Article out on the two from Roy Ward saying Rebels still in talks to bring in another player based overseas. I suspect this would be Socino, but who knows could be a returning Aussie or someone else. They do only have 2 hookers currently on the books so that might indicate where they will head.

Argentines look to be joining the squad on the week starting the 8th which will give them 3 weeks with the squad before the first game (Rebels have bye on the first week).
Can confirm Tuipulotu has signed with the Tahs most likely on a development contract.
Some news. The Argentines will be on their way to Aus soon. The only one I haven’t heard anything about is Socino.
Aus u18s player Mosese Tuipulotu looks to be in NSW with some of the Tahs boys, ino he played a few games of SS last year so maybe he’s gone to continue that path and do some...
Aston Vaiotu, been training with the squad. Not sure if it’s perm or just providing training number because there is a bunch of guys that still haven’t joined the squad. Cabous Eloff for example is still stuck in SA
Have heard the Rebels are looking at options to relocate.
Current covid restrictions would mean that teams would struggle to gain entry into the state.
Obviously they will be hopeful that they dont have to and restrictions ease
He's played Super Rugby and looked well equipped to the standard, so we know he will translate to the level.
The drugs thing in France is very unproven, I would of thought the media would of been well on top of this if it was the case. All we have read so far is a broken english summary in a french...
