Another thing on selection is picking people in THEIR positions. It doesn't work too well when you don't. Examples are Scott-Young at 6 (u20) he's either a lock or 8 not a six. Reilly at wing when he's a centre (schoolboys). At the next level these type of selections are not successful. So...
