    NRC onwards and upwards

I like that Perth Spirit changed to Western Force and I'd recommend Rising and Vikings do the same. I like the Country/City split that QLD and NSW have as I can't think of another way to have 2 teams each. Also the country and city teams have past histories.

    What's the status of Beale?

    Rugby World Cup 2019

I'm sure France are pissed off that they won't have the chance to beat England and take top spot in the pool!

    RWC Week 4 matches

How can they say the England France game doesn't have an impact on quarter finals. Yes I understand that they will both make the quarters, but whoever won the game tops the pool which changes who they play in quarters. Also as drewprint pointed out, they would have smashed shit out of each...

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies v Georgia, Friday 11th October, 9.15pm ADST

I'm still confused by this Kepu over TT business!

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies vs Uruguay -Saturday October 5 2019 @ 2:15pm

Wasn't Kerevi vice captain for Fiji and Wales game? I doubt he'll get dropped but I really hope that he fixes up his decision making to pass when the options outside are better!

Would have thought AAA would have been rested. What has TT done to fall so out of favour?

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

The potential is definitely there. It's just that we consistently seem to undo our good work. Wish I had the answer to make it stick! If we can build over the next two games then we've got a chance over England.

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

I'd imagine it'll be To'omua. Which is why I'm really surprised Deegan went to the Rebels. Not great for his chances for him to be on bench for To'omua all Super Rugby season. Whereas I think he could have been the Tahs 10 and pushed for Wallabies selection.

Really like that team and your reasonings. Think TK will get a run though

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies vs Wales - Sunday 29 September 2019 @ 5.45pm

I'm definitely with you on Jordan Petaia being selected in the squad, really hoping he carves up in next two pool games and takes the starting spot in knockouts. But my personal preference would have been for Speight, Naivalu or Maddocks on the wing over Hodge, DHP or AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper).

    Refereeing decisions

That's crazy. Makes sense for a swinging arm to the head, but the intent of those is usually pretty easy to see!

    Refereeing decisions

Sorry if this is naive, but what difference does a closed fist or open hand indicate in a tackle. I wouldn't have thought it would make a difference in whether you are trying to wrap your arms?

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies vs Wales - Sunday 29 September 2019 @ 5.45pm

The more I think about this, the more I like it. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) and DHP are solid but not exceptional in my opinion, let them do the hard yard and then Pocock and Beale can pick a tired team apart. Got to make the changes with 25-30 minutes left though!

RWC Pool D: Wallabies v Fiji, Sat 21st September, 2.45pm AEST, Sapporo Dome

Watching that analysis, I definitely can see what someone said about JOC (James O'Connor) straightening the attack to fix defenders which in turn gives men outside him more time and space. Also loved To'omua's catch/pass leading up to that under huge pressure before getting whacked. What he pointed out about our...

Yeah fair call. I can dream though! I wouldn't be against starting To'omua either.

Any chance of Petaia being back to replace Hodge?

I understand this from the strategic part but not the form part. Do you think Pocock didn't have a good game?
