New Blog Post: 65 Reasons Brisbane should embrace the Global 10s

Brilliant as usual King. Dont forget Lote Tuquri ( guest player for Waratahs ) is a Brisbane Boys' College parent and skills coach We also claim Lolo Fakilosea of Brumbies as he spent 3 years at BBC

Interesting summary . BBC will have same 1,3,4,5 and 8 as last year but the backline - that is anyones guess. They had better figure out why since 2013 they have had a massive( abnormal )injury toll. Last year was ridiculous- 8 players( 2 Aussie schoolboys plus 2 Qld reps) out for last 3...

You are forgetting that GT will have another star ( maybe not a superstar like Wilson) in the centre that transferred from BBC ( on a very very good " fee arrangement")

Agree with the above except that Half the 16a team at BBC will be in the 1stxv . That team has lost only 2 games in 4 years . I hear expectations at BBC are not high this year and the focus is on 2018 -

clause 3 . If a boy at a GPS school or an AIC school wants to transfer to another GPS school on any form of bursary then the parents of the boy must notify the current school that they intend to talk to the other GPS school about transferring. The loophole in rule 1 is easy to manipulate( ACGS...

I can assure you there will be no new players in BBC firsts next year. they will need to make do with 6 returning players , an average 16 A team this year and a brilliant 15a team . in fact the new edict is that only new boys will be in grades 8 and 9 from now on. 2017 is a 2 horse race- NC and...

Correct. It took one nano -second for NC to complain about the "full fee paying" boy who switched from Keebra Park to ACGS in 2nd term of 2014.

Credit to GT 1stxv coaches . That was probably the smallest and best drilled forward pack I have seen all year. I dont think they lost a throw on their own lineout. Luck with injuries plays a big part though. GT and BSHS 2nds are near the bottom but they have have had a pretty small number of...
