    CAS U16s 2016

Barker u16 v Knox without tejack and Luke R, seriously can't see how they can challenge the Knox lads. Let's see , funnier things have happened

Biviano has to be in the squad i would have thought , based on last years form. Also the prop from CRanbrook was impressive on the weekend against KNox. quote="RugbyHd, post: 840612, member: 36851"]I will get things kicked of with a CAS 16's. 1. Frear (K) 2. ? 3. Bullen (B) 4. Brown (B)...

Yeah have to agree -KNox backs were disappointing . Poor Kicking game by KNox meant that positional plAy was lousy in the second half . Knox forwards did do the job led well by the number 5 however were not perfect in an imperfect match. Backs looked good at times Although some poor choices .

Probably Knox by a whisker for the 16s. Cameron will probably stay in the 16s as the depth is strong in the opens. They will also gain a couple of seasoned underage players from this year But it will be competitive in the 16s......

Thats a little tough for players where private schools enter the equation and dont allow the boys to prorgress in the external pathway. Is that a direction from Knox in general? Gee wizz - how is it that there are other boys from Knox playing?

There is no way based on mudgee that Musika can be behind brown. Brown was ineffective in comparison to musika. I thought there were much better forwards based on Mudgee

yeah have to agree with that - played their hearts out and put their bodies on the line. They certainly deserve the encouragement award!

Did anyone think that the Mudgee U15 was a little weird. Norths V Gordon twice didn't make sense to me. Having said that Gordon were by far the most well prepared boys I have seen in a long time - looked semi professional. They didn't have the size of the Parra or Norths lads but were mobile...

    CAS Rugby 2015

Knox from 16s upwards look strong. There will be a number of good years ahead for Knox rugby. I am just not certain that it's the coach or a bunch of strong year cohorts . Or both. I can see 2015-2017 being great years ahead. The trials this weekend at Knox 1 are interesting however as joeys...

    CAS Rugby 2015

i think that the point is this boy and we know him well through club and jgc - loves his rugby and would never say no to this opportunity. However there comes a time and place where schools use their common sense and do not put boys in these positions. Dont put this pressure on the boy whose...

    CAS Rugby 2015

disagree totally - he was hammered at least twice and just physical size - not a good thing. That he was probably targeted and not protected by a decent pack was not good shame on school for picking him and putting him in this position in the first place

[Edited by Mods; Content deleted] I am still amazed at how many boys do not wear headgear. The games are getting more and more physical and so many issues around concussion - would love to see a school take an initiative and make in mandatory

A Auggies definately deserved to win by a fair few. Not sure how Knox got the draw. it is what it is . Lots of kinks to iron out for Knox to be contenders
