    Trinity 27, Waverley 22. 3 tries a piece.

    SuperRugby Waratahs V Crusaders, Rd 10 2012

The Crusaders tackler got in the way of the Tahs no.9 so he couldn't get to the ball quickly. That's what I saw from the footage - no replay to confirm.

    CAS Rugby 2012

It's been a couple of years since I've been to St Pats, Strathfield to watch their games. One of the reasons for this is as mentioned above by Clubpro, being the behaviour of the St Pats old boys. Not only were they verbally abusing the opposite team at the game, they were also abusing non-St...

    Waratahs vs Sharks - RD5 2012

This. Absolutely agree. I went to the Force game last week and, in hindsight, it would have been much nicer going to this one, especially with a 2 year old in tow and getting home well after her bed time. It's going to be harder taking the little one to games in Winter. More afternoon games!

    Waratahs V Force - Superugby Rd 4

I was there and it looked pretty empty. My estimate was maybe 10k to 11k. Came in at about 14.5k, I think. Anyway, that's the last Tahs game that I will go to for this season. Tired of spending good money to watch tripe that I could easily watch from home.

The Kiwis are rigging the World Cup so they can win.

Seremaia Bai of Fiji kicked 8 of 9 with two from the side line so that debunks your theory.

    Sydney Rugby Pubs

Not to hijack this thread, but does anyone know of any kid friendly pubs out there that will be showing the rugby? Something like the Newport Arms with a beer garden (just right for the weekend afternoon games) and a kids play area would be ideal. Suggestions for the inner west much appreciated.

    Waratahs v. Brumbies 2011R18

Does anyone know whether the match will be shown at 7.30pm or 8.30pm? I've seen a few schedules that say 8.30pm but normally NSW games are at 7.30pm. Thanks

    CAS Rugby 2011

Just to add to the "this is one of the weaker CAS teams", I'm interested in finding out which year you think was the strongest for CAS, say in the last 20 or so years. Is there a year when CAS comprehensively beat GPS? If so, do you have the team sheets? Thanks.

Should the IRB help Fiji pay for its RWC Campaign?

No. I am saying that NZ has a right to, and should continue to deny entry to Fiji's military government. When I referred to those in power, I was meaning the Fiji military government. Apologies if I was not clear. The IRB show not bow to this claim of a lack of funds. Fiji will find the...

Should the IRB help Fiji pay for its RWC Campaign?

This is all about the politics, and a thinly veiled threat to the IRB (using an excuse of lack of money), to pressure NZ into allowing the military government and its representatives to be allowed into NZ for the RWC. There's more than enough money to send a team to NZ. Those in power just...

    CAS Rugby 2011

Hello BWF, If that is the case then I stand corrected. Just had a quick look at the U19 rules and it seems to suggest that there is no requirement for the opposing team to make a similar reduction in number of players in the scrum. Of course I could be wrong...

    CAS Rugby 2011

I have to agree with The Beast. Even though I only caught the second half, the Waverley scrum was dominated by Trinity. Talakai's injury may have contributed to this but it is undeniable that they were dominated. I counted at least one tight head. Even with the Trinity No.5 off the field...

    Baabaas Squad v. England

Willie Mason? Has he even played a game of rugby yet? He is one of the most one-dimensional league players I have ever watched; his only attribute in the NRL was his size. Who is responsible for picking the Baa Baas team? They must have rocks in their heads.

    CAS Rugby 2011

I caught the second half of the Trinity vs Waverley game today. Trinity put 6 tries (only two converted) on Waverley. Waverley managed two tries (unconverted) of which one was when Trinity were down to 14. Trinity appeared to be cruising; their forwards were too dominant in the scrums. Quick...

    Waratahs vs Force - 2011R12

Who won? I can only remember two things from the game. The endless kicking and the ref. I lie. There's one more. Beale tried very hard.

The ref is less inspiring than the game... wonder who is going to tweet tonight?

    Waratahs vs Force - 2011R12

Very uninspiring first half... Gee, why are Australian derbies that involve the Waratahs so boring?

    Tahs V Rebels, SFS, April 30 - 2011R11

Totally agree with your comments on Cross. Has he beaten his man at least once this season? He looks so pedestrian; I cannot see what he adds to the team. At least Carter works hard off the ball. He was the first man down the field chasing kicks all night. Anesi - wide, open space in front...

    Cheetahs vs Waratahs - 2011R05

Why not? Sometimes you've got to get the message across. These guys are professionals - some of them earning hundreds of thousands of dollars - and if they don't perform (we don't expect them to win all the time) and can't show even basic rugby skills, why can't the fans let them know how...
