    A bit generational these days too. Parents dump kids at sport and don't contribute. Those kids become adults who assume it all just happens magically.

    Seems like it would just widen the gap between Div 1 and the rest. Might as well just ring-fence Div 1 if that were the case.

    Australian Rugby Shield 2024

    NSW Subbies being involved would require the people running it to actually do something. Hasn't been a subbies rep team for quite a few years now.

    Spoke to a mate who's been at Hills last few years (hope he sees the light soon). Announced at their presentation night, head coach and a couple other coaches moving on. A stack of their 3s squad pulling up stumps. Sounds like plans already well in advance for 2024 though.
