Yep we had home semi and couldn't convert . I suspect Marlins would have struggled to beat the Rats today too . The signs were there from the loss to the Beasts . While some coaches get flack for being too loyal to players I wonder whether Manly suffered from too many changes in team selection...

Really DB your post is refreshingly generous - it's like true believers in class warfare . There are at least 3 clubs represented in finals whose prospects of some silver ware at best lie in 3's and 4's and I exclude Gordon in that observation . Their attitude is mediocre .

Yeah the parking is crap and the orientation of the flying saucer to the pitch is better suited to cricket but the Manly rugby community were enjoying Juniors ( the future of the club) day and having watched the MMM's put on almost 40 in the first half against your inept lot why not have a beer...

I think Wests 2's fell over the line into 6th despite with a 4 try bonus point after the bell despite losing the match . I mused about Pirates possibly stacking sides to get teams in - no real evidence of it but certainly their lower grades seemed strong as opposed to a very poor first grade...

Pirates normally get one team into finals . Their position in all grades requires a bonus point win v MMM's ( in any grade ) and results going their way . So which team to stack ?
