could be an unexpected consequence. Might breath a lot of life into Club fixtures. Perhaps those SS media rights were worth more than anyone one thought

The support in Sydney would be very poor. Brisbane/Gold Coast might work better. Central west NSW - Say Mudgee, Bathurst , Orange would work as lots of quality Venues that would work with smaller crowds. Think country people would support. Be a good think if RA pushed that initiative...

from what I saw, Georgia had very small venues and crowds. Not too sure about Argentina, didnt get to see much of it. The point is, if the Europeans really support it at level that is far higher then elsewhere, then I think there is a good argument for holding in the countries that will fill...

Good point, but how many people do you think would attend these fixtures if in AUS?? In France they sold out complete stadiums, even for matches not involving France. Think Aus vs NZ got about 15 K . I think WR (World Rugby) would be wise to keep it where the crowds support

I have no doubt RA could produce in-house, and probably do a half decent job. They would be hiring professionals. The problem is getting the sponsorship and advertising to replace $50 Mill media deal. On face value, if they believe they can sell the advertising they should cut out the middle...

Anyone else see todays Telegraph? Virtually Zero Rugby coverage. Massive Fox Advertising spread and no mention of Rugby. Pages and pages of league crap. Would seem News/Fox playing hardball. or maybe they have actually walked away.

Penalty count was crazy against the Tahs. Saw 2 dominant Tah scrums and the penalty went to the Chiefs.
