If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

Make kicking penalty goals only available on infringements inside the 22. Force people to take more attacking options on infringements outside it.

    Waratahs - Positivity thread

My Support is always tested, but if its not there, then in reality what's the point of the Tahs?

    Waratahs - Positivity thread

Their is a million negative threads about the Tahs, not being able to see good even in the face of adversity only highlights problems with the human condition and reduces us all to the level of the Ox, the most negative creature in the planet.

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

The Brett Stewart saga is sad all round, read the article earlier, it's gonna tarnish the bloke for ever unfortunately

We'll always have Paris... Dean's selection 'loyalty' - shortsighted?

His doc is Sharon, never say never.

We'll always have Paris... Dean's selection 'loyalty' - shortsighted?

Unfortunately the wallabies don't have the skill level to do this without confusing themselves more than the opposition.

We'll always have Paris... Dean's selection 'loyalty' - shortsighted?

Am I the only one that sees no value in JOC (James O'Connor) at 12 nationally. I think deans has done well to make him an international winger and keep him out of coopers way. I have an issue with Cooper/Beale/JOC (James O'Connor) I have never truly seen them play well together, I think all 3 men play better when there running...

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

The Brett Stewart story is a little more complex than that, he was never actually suspended for "that incident" he was in fact suspended for braking behavioral standards he agreed to by taking part in an ad and being promoted as the "face of league" he then came back from this (4 weeks) and got...

    2023 & 2027 World Cup Bids

ARU - Taskforce designed to reform Brisbane and Sydney Premier Rugby

For mine it s the fact that in both comps, (leaning more towards nsw here as a have a greater knowledge) that their are haves and have nots. The whole thing needs a strong hand to step in and go these three clubs are now ARC, remove them from the local comp and then manage the hell out of it (a...

ARU - Taskforce designed to reform Brisbane and Sydney Premier Rugby

Agree totally, the smart thing financially is to builda comp on the east coast then slowly expand it if there trying to form another ARC. It sucks for the other states but it's still pointing the game in the right direction.

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

The ARU wouldn't look stupid at all if Beale (who is in the squad) or cooper for that matter had broken ARU behavior policy. They have curfews, standards and rules to follow in their contracts above and beyond a normal citizen, these apply cos they both signed the contract making them apply, I'm...

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

I see what your saying, I just think its two separate things, police investigate breaking the law, ARU investigating their own code of ethics, the two while related, shouldn't be influenced by the other if that makes sense
  16. waratahjesus

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

Yes and no, I guess what I'm asking is if the ARU will do anything if the criminal charge doesn't stick. Does the ARU code of conduct not cover a stricter measure of acceptable behavior?
  17. waratahjesus

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

Just going by the article, the suggestion that the ARU inquiry is "on hold" til the police matter is dealt with. Does that mean that the ARU finding will now mirror the police finding, letting them do the work?

    Waratahs - Positivity thread

If only someone would put me in charge Bruce, I believe it's not to late for the entire Internet to be a place of positivity and reinforcement of happiness. If it has to be one thread at a time, I'm just happy I got to share the first with you. Back to the Tahs. Their "community connection"...

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

I said this a while back when quade did something else. I know there Is now a legal matter and so forth so they can't speak about certain things but I still fail to see both quake and kurtley who have been accused of this behavior befor of taking any responsibility. A simple, "it probably...
