Nope. Every current Union looks after their current areas. They just feed up to the Brumbies. You can read the article if you want more back ground. I want the 5 teams to remain. It's just a possible solution amongst many others.

This is what irritates me more. The ARU should have said to all 5 franchises when it was evident we were in strife, we are in a dire situation and can no longer support 5 teams with the current funding structure. We can only keep 5 if you can build your own income and become self sufficient...
