Dean surely would have had nothing on Nathan Bassani (AIC 1). Although Dean had size he did not match Nathans skills especially in defence. He would have had Harry Cuneo's spot but the coaches thought otherwise.

Biggest Contenders would definetly be Iona, Ash, Peters & Lauries.

Being a good player in one competition does not mean you will be good in the other. Dean was a great player with his speed but lacked ball security and defence.

Sam Clarke would definetly have a position in the team making AIC 1. At full back I would pick aiden over treleaven in attack but Trealeaven for defence. Haling would not have a chance against Paulo lelulsio. Devine seems to be a great player who could play in all position but the AIC selectors...
