    Aussie Player Exodus

Still concerning. Even if they havn't signed yet, their contracts end this year, and there is no knowing if they will get another Super Rugby contract, and for how much. Wheras a Japanese contract is real and most likely significant.

    Aussie Player Exodus

Only 1 of those 16 I can figure needs to stay would be Koroibete? He signed a 2 year extension late 2019. Surely that would cover 2021? Hopefully Magnay stays. Dissapointing Ainsley would leave. 3 cap wallaby and only 24. Born and bred in the otago region though so perhaps...better to go home...

Hha! oopsy - couple rums deep by then - apologies to Max Douglas and Jeremy Williams

    Reds 2020

Still an academy member, was selected in the u20 57 man squad for Oceania Champs - a precursor to World Champs I think? locks included (might be missing some): Tahs: Max Williams & Jeremy Douglas Force: Jackson Pugh (only 194cm) Brumbies: Callum Mcdonald & Zeph (tho played U18 @ 6) Tom Hooper...

    Reds 2020

Zeph will be eligble for Aus U20 in 2021, do you know if Callum will be also? Or did he miss his chance in 2020? Wondering if Swain would come here to be potentially the 3rd lock, but I suppose it's a wait and see game to see if Douglas, Enever and Neville resign at the Brumbies/ if they also...

    Reds 2020

Forgot bout LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto). I was more thinking if Blyth or LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) got injured or tired or whateva, would we be a bit light/short for a starting professional team. ANYWAY- I'd like to see Wood play, reminds me of the sort of mongrel Swinton is showing at the Tahs.

    Reds 2020

He's listed at 108kg, so that would not only make him very short for a 2nd row, but also very light. It would make Wilson at 195cm the 2nd tallest in the team (Uru is 197 but not many people considering him), Wilson is the same height as Higginbotham. I do hope for 2021 the Reds find a...

    Reds 2020

SO who gets the reserve lock spot for the remainder of 2020? If Blyth and LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) start who would you like to see? A) Michael Wood. 6ft 3. Australian U20 lock. IMO, able to play lock for that team even though exceptionally short for a 2nd row as the no.6 and no.8 were both 6ft4 and with a 6ft8...

    Wallabies 2020

I have fond memories of Digby running all sorts of interesting lines off Quade

    Wallabies 2020

I don't watch Bristol enough to comment. Just fond memories of solid performances in Red, a long, long time ago now :(

    Wallabies 2020

Where's a play like Morohan - or Morohan himself! when you need him. Exactly the sort of player - Tall, actually very fast winger who has fullback experience and skils.

    Wallabies 2020

Didn't realise Wright was in it! That's great news. Yes a throw up between Campbell and Kellaway. Between the 3 of them it's tough. Kellaway better option for now, Wright has some serious wheels and promise, Campbell a developing FB option which will be needed when DHP leaves (think 2021 is...

    Wallabies 2020

I've got Lolosio in the squad. Whether its 34 or 31, he's in mine. But I wouldn't have him on the bench at the expense of a 6/2 split which I think our squad suits. Not when both JOC (James O'Connor) and To'omua are already out there.

    Wallabies 2020

Coin flip 10/12 I like Wright, but he can't regularly start at the Brumbies so can't see it just yet. I'm a big fan of someone who has positional nous and can kick in the back 3 to support the FB. Campbell, Kellaway can do this also, but not sure if Petaia can. Daugunu to me gets in the 34...

    Wallabies 2020

If we get to play a test this year - based on current eligibility this is my squad. (34 in 2019) With the recent changes at lock, it was tempting to let Phillips play even though he was leaving, however I resisted this. However I did include (painfully) Simmons who is around next year, as in...

    Waratahs 2020

Also pretty sure there is a hiring freeze for the foreseeable future until more is known about future income and the cost of covid. Obviously they had money pledged towards those players, but they are still 'frozen out' regardless.

    Reds 2020

Coz everyone thought Rodda would be captain, including him, and everyone thought Lucas would be starting 10 with JOC (James O'Connor) at 12, including him. I'm sure that's a piece of it.

    Waratahs 2020

New contracts have been frozen anyway. Plus - it's not just the Tahs, RA would need to be a signatory of the deal also. The same RA who needed the player pay cut deal done, the same deal these 3 refused to follow. The same 3 who refused to heed Scott Johnson and Dave Rennies pleas to not bail...

    Reds 2020

Don't be surprised to see him go to Japan for a season, then end up on a new shiny deal for 2021(maybe)/22/23 at the Brumbies anyway. Not a great chance that RA will be offering a new contract (if successfully terminated) in time for Rodda to be a part of any All Blacks tests. The new Reds...

No bet. That's exactly what Quade said when he was asked.
