Raylene Castle is the Bulldogs CEO - she'd get my vote. She's a rugby league loving kiwi. Can't be more removed from the old boys club than that. She was a very successful NZ netball CEO who the NZRU wanted in a senior role but she was poached by the Bulldogs.

Why is this set a back? This is not unique to rugby. It occurs in RL and AFL. What is good is that we are discussing concussion, getting better at recognising it and looking after the kids.

I'll have to disagree its a furphy at the younger age groups, less of an issue as the kids get older and it gets a bit more serious. Incidentally my kids dropped Nippers and cricket when their friends stopped going :)
