Seems to be indicative of their arrogance and belief in their own self importance at the moment. For most GPS schools, Scots are the one on the nose. They are actively trying to buy their silverware, even cynically bringing in 2 members of the NSW U17 cricket team to start in Term 4 last year...

I would have thought Cranbrook and Waves are the natural rivals due to proximity and the silver tail / blue collar misnomer. Many of the boys play club together or against each other as well.

Add cricket as well. Interesting how most are under age so can still do Pathways . Oopps, but that is for another forum

    School sporting scholarships/recruitment

The one, despite the name ,is not so clever. Even alleged to be offering players from the lower side of the Hill financial inducements. There seems to be no shame. Maybe working on their own program should be a priority if they have any confidence in their own ability. No wonder NSW is dealing...

The younger Vevers has a good boot, but needs to take his game to another level to be a real force. He hsd been solid at junipr level ,but not dominant as otherd have caught up in size. Will be interesting to see if he stands out on the U16 games this weekend.

Not too harsh at all. Clark missed numerous tackles and dropped 2 or 3 balls cold against CHS. Whilst there is no doubt he is brilliant at times, he would have be too much of a liability against a much strong GPS team. We will see next Tues

I think patto plyed Ball for the Chooks, he has also played 3 years in the 1sts and is a must inclusion

Having seen all the fullbacks ( except Clunies Ross this year ) , I have to agree that it is a race in 2. I think Tyson is strong, but next year for him. Patto has the x factor and the proven league toughness and good pedigree ( his old man played for the Roosters). It would be good to see...

Perhaps we will see next Sunday rtd. No bias here, just facts on what I have seen, Barker not that impressive as yet and Waverley at home will have way to much aggression and pace.

Waves will be much too strong, having seen them both play, I predict the blue and gold by 30

    CAS Rugby 2012

It could be suggested that an effort like this is functional of cynical recruitment policies. Playing for your long term mates will always prevail over hired help. the Waverley team has showed this and if only they could have kicked goals, should be rightfully on top on their own. Time to...

Geez, sounds like McCalmaan must have picked the skills up from his old man, former Beasts first grader, and Rhodes Scholar

50-7 Waves way too good for Cranbrook, despite one sided penalty count. Patterson,Whittaker,Johnson, odonnell stand outs for Waves, Fahey only stand out for the losing team.
