    Ireland v Wallabies - Sunday 1 Dec, 2:10 AEDT

Yep, best side picked and balls to the wall. There is a rest period after this game so throw the kitchen sink at them.

Scotland v Wallabies at Murrayfield 12.40am Mon 25 Nov

With this kind of thing you have to normalise for modern training techniques. Man for man the '84 team has it over the current one, especially in the pack and then the wizardry of Ella and Campo in the backs.

I think Joe said they had one

Interesting call if Tizzano is in instead of Fraser. Carlo is a beast in defence and has a huge motor, but Fraser is the better all round footballer for mine. His link play is a particular stand out. I don't hate Potter playing on the wing. Edit: Snap with Derpus.

All Blacks & All Blacks XV EOYT 2024

    Incredible test match, loved it.
  6. The_Brown_Hornet

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Absolutely. I said to my boy last night watching the highlights: watch McReight there (and Donno). Elite hands across the line, just like England's first try.

    Wallabies 2024

Had a chat with a work colleague yesterday whose partner is involved with the elite level of the game here and obviously knows a good number of the Wallaby players well. She reported that morale in camp is apparently very, very good right now and that was before the weekend. I can only imagine...

Magnificent. The daring they showed and the skill to execute that last movement is hopefully an indicator of the development of this team.

Bell was absolutely immense in the loose I thought. He's an exceptional player already, with hopefully years still to play out.

Wales v Australia, Monday 18 November 3:10am AEDT

We need to be ruthless this week and given the state of our maul defence against Wales earlier this year (really their only route to the try line), I'd be thinking hard about bringing Skelton in. With Harry out we also need to think about shifting Bobby to eight and who takes the third back row...

Jeremy really has played his way into regular starting contention. He's one of the most improved players in the country in the last 12 months

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Smith was absolutely magnificent I thought. He's a proper international class 10 now.

I should also say that I really admired the guts and daring the boys showed and should have also mentioned Tom Wright, who I thought had by far his best game in gold. That's the 15 jersey locked down for me if he keeps playing like that.

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

I got up this morning and watched the replay. Wow. That's one of the best ever Wallaby performances in the UK for mine. And they won it in the tough stuff too. The pigs were outstanding in the loose after the 15 minute mark. Great body height, great accuracy for the most part and most...

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Watched it this afternoon and loved it. Man I wish I could have seen more of Mark Ella's genius, what a pity he retired when he did.

^^^^ Haha yep, "Great try by the pig farmer from Taranaki...."

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

My thoughts exactly. Donaldson would be a good fit at 10 for that backline.

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

I'm happy for Joseph but I reckon he should be at 12 and not 13. It does answer the centre sizing question though. All season we've been saying that our midfield is too small, so now we have our solution. I'm hoping that they absolutely kill it out there.

Going a bit off piste here fellas

If we're going to play Joseph in the starting XV this weekend I would rather it be at 12. As others have pointed out, outside centre is very difficult defensively, even for an experienced hand like Len. It would also be reducing a strength to cover a weakness.
