    CAS Rugby 2015

Well said. I guess, all I'm saying is that the other coaches don't get mentioned. Those 3 coaches were spoken about a lot at different times.

    CAS Rugby 2015

This year has seen a lot of heat on coaches. Williams from Knox has copped it for a while now and this year he is shoving it back in everyone's faces. This year Cornish and Maloney from Waverley have copped it yet Engele from Trinity doesn't get it at all? He was poached from Waverley 2 years...

Does anyone know the final ladder and points for the 1st XV?

For Waverly, Cooper still out I assume with concussion? Mohi still out injured?

    CAS Rugby 2015

Waverley had 2 CAS reps out against Alo's as well in Cooper (concussion) and Mohi (injured?). I would hate to think you use injuries as an excuse for not winning the game. Every team has been hit hard by injuries. Look how Cranbrook is going with Hill back. Look how Trinity has gone with their...

    CAS Rugby 2015

Imagine if every rugby team in Australia did this. We would be unstoppable. Time to get a little realistic. They are boys. They make mistakes sometimes - as does every other CAS school. This is not isolated to Waverly.

I am led to believe their two best props in Smith and Micalled were not available for the game. Does this mean the prop that played was a thirds prop? Either way, it's a big ask coming up against the CAS Firsts prop in Hill. As for Smith and Micallef, I haven't seen them for a while - sick...

Congrats to Knox on their Premiership also. Class outfit from 1-15 with depth. Is it a race for second or is Alo's clear there?

At the start of the season everyone very happy with Paul Cornish as coach of Waverley. Now people are calling for his head? Any match reports from today? I have seen the scores but not reports yet.

Well done Cranbrook. I think I called this early in the week. Two strong players in McNiven (12) and Stenmark (4) for Cranbrook.

Doesnt every school need a shake up every now and then?

Why not just tell us the whole team? You seem to know an awful lot...!

    CAS Rugby 2015

I'm going Cranbrook in an upset over Barker. Cranbrook to win by 4 points. Knox by plenty at home against Waverley. Knox getting players back while Waverley seems to have lost a key player in Cardassilaris at CAS game. Knox by 26 Alo's to beat Trinity in another very close one. It will be a...

    Everyone's tips for this weekend??

    CAS Rugby 2015

Nice looking team. If Chapman is not the best leader then I'll eat my hat. How they decide the Captain must be by throwing the names up in the air and which ever name they catch, he will do. Rasch has to be in there somewhere. Is Stenning still injured? When is he expected back? CAS needs his...

No use talking about him though. He's injured. Would you replace Thompson with someone who is actually available for selection? If so, who?

    CAS Rugby 2015

Well said! McNiven probably the unluckiest of the lot. Like you say though, being in a losing team may have hurt. Who are the goal kickers going to be in each team? Narayan (Waverley winger - size???) will probably kick for the 1sts but who in the 2nds?

    CAS Rugby 2015

McNiven unlucky in my opinion. Moving Swinton into the 2nd row has probably cost Stenmark a spot.

I like how you ask if he enjoys putting people down but then you go and do exactly the same thing!

    CAS Rugby 2015

I just read my original comment again...I don't think I named anyone...? Yes, every player has their weaknesses, and if we don't highlight them, they won't improve. CAS has some very strong players, but in order to cut it at the next level, they will need to lift - led by our good friend, C.A.
