Report from Cranbrook - Trinity win 21 - 19 Trinity flew out to a 21 nil lead in the first half - Cranbrook were starved of the ball and not able to play their own game. As a Cranbrook supporter, there were a few dodgy calls but won’t use that as an excuse as Cranbrook had plenty of...

Great words JJ. Missed the comment about Jonti, and I think if fit, he can slot onto either wing - too much talent to leave out of the side

Turinui was great - just haven't seen Patea play. Agreed with Dowling. However, I think we need a more damaging ball runner rather than a lineout thrower to be able to match the GPS pack. Definitely agree with the last comment about Kaleb. Great to see him playing good rugby after a few tough...

Thought I'd give a CAS 1sts team a crack. My predictions are based on last year's 1st's and 2nd's teams and from what I know (which is not a whole lot in regard to some of the schools). Please also note that some of these players may not be currently fit and I am not aware. 1. McKinnon (KGS)...

I was there to witness this as well and it was predominantly the Waverley boys instigating all of the little push-and-shoves - there were quite a lot in the 3rds game. Obviously, the one we are talking about here isn't a great look for either school. The thing that shocked me the most however...

Yep Aboud was fantastic - was dangerous with ball in hand and was great at the breakdown, should be highly considered for CAS. Ah-Colt does that each week for Cranbrook, another serious contender for CAS.

My thoughts from Queens Park: Firstly, what a game - one of the better schoolboy games I’ve seen in my time. It was a perfect day for running rugby and that’s what we got from all the grades. Both schools had great crowds with both hills almost at capacity, as well as the far touchline filled...

Great to see a few CAS graduates in the junior Wallabies side. Best of luck to Hooper, Slack-Smith, and Morrison.

Any chance you have a Waves team list WLF? Interested to see how they lineup.

100% agree. And to add it, both teams will be looking for revenge after last year’s result.

Have just come across this on YouTube. A great little promo for Saturday arvo at QP1. I have to say I am very excited for this one with both teams at as full strength as they'll get for the year. I honestly can't make a prediction, but my god I would love to see a Cranbrook win. Looking forward...

Will you be in attendance WLF? I’m hoping to catch all of the opens games and hopefully the 16A’s as well

Hey RoD, personally I wouldn't refuse this either. However, I think it just adds to the skill gap problems that have been mentioned previously. For instance, the bottom ISA teams would not and will never be able to compete with the likes of Knox and Barker. As we have seen in the trials, the...

Great game of rugby tonight. Auggies tried hard but Cranbrook’s defence, especially on the line, was incredible and their attack flowed much better than 4 weeks ago. Auggies 15 was electric again, definitely the stand out for them. For Cranbrook, Ah-Colt was massive with his carries, scoring the...
