The force have signed Norths centre Chris Tuatara-Morrison for 2 years http://www.couriermail.com.au/sport/rugby-gold/the-force-is-strong-in-sbw-clone/story-fnbzo4ez-1226468205551

    Brumbies v. Wales - 12 June

Has anyone got a link to the ABC Digital Radio Coverage?

    Brumbies 2013

In general play yes. The problem is that he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn...

    Brumbies 2013

BJ - Has Fardy signed for one or two more years? The Brumbies site says one but the article in SMH indicates two? I understand the only off-contract players at the end of the season are Heggarty, Jerry Y, Palmer & Dylan Sigg. I'd be re-signing Palmer and Sigg only.

    Brumbies 2013

Tom Cusack (Oz U20 flanker) might be an option to replace Hooper and he's a local boy. I would suggest he starts in the EPS and Hooper's spot can go to Scott Fardy. Vaea can back-up Fainga'a as the 1st choice fetcher...

    Rebels 2012

I don't understand why the Rebels can't put Eddie A on the bench and switch Henderson to tighthead if Blake gets injured. I'm pretty sure that Henderson has played at 3 at the Brumbies earlier in his career. He's definitely played there for the Canberra Vikings in the past. Either way, I...

    Brumbies 2012

Probably a good move considering he was training with the Wallabies earlier in the year (at scrum camp) but can't crack any of the S15 squads.

    Brumbies 2012

I'm surprised that Sokai Tai (Royals Flanker & MacDougall Medal winner this year) doesn't get a look in. Where has Fardy been for the last 2 years or so? Interesting to see who gets the other spots. I'd predict something like Scott Fardy Jesse Mogg Rudhirni Murphy (rumored also) Tom...

    Brumbies 2012

Is he really 197cm as indicated on the brumbes site? I'd think about 190cm from the last time I saw him.

    Brumbies 2012

Jesse Mogg appears in the main squad on the new website. It's been rumored that he signed and I'm suprised there has been no announcement. Good signing, just needs to add another 5-6kg to his frame. Jake White's been down to watch some of his games for Wests.

    Brumbies 2012

Sam Cater (Uni Lock/Brumbies Academy) will sign a 2 year professional contract this week. http://www.canberratimes.com.au/news/local/sport/rugby-union/training-intensity-needs-to-lift-moore/2138169.aspx

    Melbourne Rebels 2011

It will be interesting to see the battle in the outside backs and who ends up getting picked. I have to agree that Mitchell wasn't up to it last Saturday, nor Du Plessis who made a number of rookie errors. Zippa wasn't much better... Based on the Crusaders game, I'm expecting a back three of...

    Melbourne Rebels 2011

Rebels are up at halftime 14-7. The crusaders scored a try down the left wing through Gilford before the rebels started to get going. Vuna made an excellent break with some nice footwork before offloading to mortlock. From the following ruck Vuna snuck under a number of crusaders to score. The...

    Brumbies 2011

So the players missing are Jerry Y - Injured Edmonds - ? Kimlan - Injured Elsom - Injured Hollis - Injured White - ? Gits - Resting AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) - Resting Stubbs - ? Interesting they didn't pick Tom Alexander or Sam Carter from the academy....

    Brumbies 2011

Cam Crawford is out for 3 months apparently...shame!

    Brumbies 2011

The whole coaching staff needs a complete overall. The only one I'm not sure about is Larkham, though I seem to remember reading a number of times that the real brains behind the brumbies backline (back in the glory years) was Pat Howard and Rod Kafer.

    Brumbies 2011

Who is James Turner? It's the only name that is unrecognisable.

    Western Force 2011

bhaha, you lost me in the first sentence. Cummins won't be starting after game 3 and will spend the rest of the season behind Mafi and Smith. He lacks the x factor, genuine speed and his ball security in contact is poor.

    Brumbies 2011

Friend and Caputo were quoted last year saying that Alexander would only be considered at LHP. http://www.superxv.com/news/super15_rugby_news.asp?id=28007

    Brumbies 2011

Slim, the Brumbies strategy is not normally to fill the entire 33 man squad, rather have 29-30 fulltime players and convert an academy player to the main squad if they meet the RUPA quota (believe this is 4 Super games in a season). That way they don't have to pay Super wages for players that...
