I would have thought throwing ability would be the exact reason that Fainga'a was not considered.

As a Reds fan I would obviously want Tupou to be at his best and playing for the Reds, but it really does show that no matter who leaves, the sky is not going to fall down and someone will stand up. Nonggorr has been great without the flair of Tupou but does most of the stuff requested of him.

Liam Wright did his shoulder scoring a try against the Chiefs. It is a real shame he got injured, he was outstanding this season at 6 and had pretty good stats through the whole season.

I have never liked the idea of money from an organisation that wants to make money off the game, I would prefer a model where supporters can invest in a way that would be similar to being share holders to provide the equity and then get benefits like discounts on seats or merchandise.
