In previous years, Oatley certainly weren't powerhouses in div 3 except for their "3rd grade" team which boasted a subbies rep player at the time. I think they were probably happy to move into 4th div as it is a far more southern Sydney comp. I'd say that fact has probably boosted their numbers...
