Higgers is obviously right up there. Burgess is behind the big 3 as a starting scrum half, but he's a better option than White or Phipps off the bench. Jones is a chance, especially if Fardy is viewed as a blindside rather than a lock. Slipper and Sio are probably ahead of Smith at blindside...
