    Reds 2015

You can say it, but it is rubbish, there is little wrong with Turner's defensive efforts. A full back will often miss that last tackle, especially when they are lining up in support around the ball carrier with no cover defense trying to get there or it is a unit like Nadalo, Turner's...

o_O whinging about the fullback missing tackles after units have waltzed through the rest of the side - that will do me

Waratahs v Sharks, round 14, Saturday 16 May

I think there may have been another honesty session yesterday

    Reds 2016

I would have thought a unit as talented as him would be making more positive efforts in both attack and defence

Sharks looked pretty good on the weekend

Force v Waratahs, round 13, Saturday 9 May

Phipps was getting shit ball all night because the pigs were just too inaccurate at the cleanout, so we had to invest more to do the job of less; and that leads to the usual two attacking pods (when it works) being one and that leads to less indecisive defense; and that leads to tougher...

Force v Waratahs, round 13, Saturday 9 May

Distinct lack of angry effort last night, the cleanout just wasn't to standard I also note that there was quite a few units strapped up after last weeks game, I think we may have needed some prudent resting and Cheika trusting his squad. Last year we played through with few injuries and...

Great win by the Rebels, they again showed what structure, effort and a plan will do.

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

really? I thought he has been solid

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

true, but it is a style he likes - angry men who hit hard and run hard; and Speight simply fits that to a tee I see one of "that style" and a 14/15 being selected on the other wing (AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) or JOC (James O'Connor) would be my guess)

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Actually thinking of who he brought in Alofa & Naiyaravaro

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Cheika does like a line breaking winger, Speight is the best we have

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

    1. To'omua 2. Lilo daylight 3 Beale 4/5 Inman /Horne (both would do the job, but not offer that extra something)

    Aussie Player Exodus

At the moment Naiyaravaro can't leave the country .............

    Brumbies 2016

Why would a decent back sign up for Jake ball? Kick, clap, maul, repeat No volume of great Languedoc wines could make up for the abject drudgery you would be inflicted with on the playing field.

    Waratahs 2016

Tilse must be on his last legs as well, he ain't getting used much and if Robbo goes down I wonder whether Kepu would be moved to LHP for a session

    Waratahs 2016

With Dean Mumm returning, I can see Dennis reverting back to a 6/8 role I can't see us being able to afford a marquee THP, we will be searching club, U20s and possible the other SH provincial comps for cover.

    Waratahs 2016

Massive test and opportunity for Gibson next season The Tahs will be in transition with plenty of old heads moving on. Getting the culture and attitude to stick will be crucial

The impending Hooper vs Pocock Dilemma

Doesn't all come down to backrow balance, the Tahs have Pots and Palu who play closer while Hooper leads the defensive line from wider If Pocock is preferred at 7, a Cheika coached Wobs team will need one of the other backrowers wider out in a ball running/support role, Higgers or McMahon...
