It's good to be well drilled. But it's bad that the patterns/style drilled into the squad is all about ball retention,not testing the defence. I'm predicting that the Force will win the stats(possession,low errors,maybe even territory)but the Reds will win the game.

It's more splitting them from the herd, than changing the geographic location of their workplace, that will see an improvement in their individual performances IMO.

I would prefer they field a weaker side this week if they have to. It is more important that a standard is set,and any sub par performers are replaced. You can't have players thinking they will be selected regardless of how they perform.Otherwise nothing will ever change.

Brownie left the club to do a 3 year stint in the UK in 2010 I believe. 1/2 the 2011 colts played 1st grade last year. That is more a reflection of the depth at the club, rather than an indicator of a good colts program.They played 1st grade despite the coaching in colts, not due to it.
