    Brumbies 2011

To'omua 10, Gits 12. Both solid players but seems a bit dull doesnt it? Especially with Gits' form. He's not a line-breaker anymore, basically a good defender and good passer and thats about it at the moment. I dont see this combination making regular line-breaks or really ever threatening the...

    World XV Redux

I think you summed it up very well. I am a believer that having both on the field, with Richie at 6 would be better then having a true 6. If the rules stated it was not allowed then Richie shades Pocock for 7.

    The "Finds" of Wallaby EOYT

I guess the only problem i have is that Slipper started verse Italy and France. Would he have made the same impact against the Boks or ABs, i doubt it. Its not too hard to look good against an opposition like Italy, or when France played so poorly. Not knocking the guy as i think he's got huge...

    The "Finds" of Wallaby EOYT

Positive side: Beale, JOC (James O'Connor), Rocky finding form, Robinson finding form in the last game, Slipper. Pocock/AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) consistent as usual. Simmons potential. Negative: No number 8, Quade's defence a very well-known weakness, Still unclear who our number 12 is, Simmons & Slipper showed great potential but...

    World XV Redux

And clearly the 2 best players in the world are Pocock and Richie, If your able to have both on your team why wouldn't you?

    World XV Redux

Id change it because I believe McCaw would be a better 6 then Kaino. Therefore a team with McCaw at 6 and Pocock at 7 would be better! He played a bit of 6 this year in the Super 14, and I definitely dont think he is a specialist fetcher anymore and his style of play is more of a split between a...

    World XV Redux

Yes i definitly agree with the world team having McCaw at 6 and Pocock at 7. Id probably go Carter for flyhalf, fullback is either Mils or Beale. Reid for 8.The rest is pretty debatable.

    De-runting the backline

Lots of debate over size and strength, Digby Ioane has got to be in the team for that very reason. 1st choice winger 100% of the time. Then there's Genia, Cooper who looks to have the halves for RWC. Beale for fullback. Which only leaves the centre's and another wing spot up for discussion...

Top 10 Scrummaging Nations in the World

Here's an interesting article on French scrum training and their secret scrum machine. http://news.smh.com.au/breaking-news-sport/france-has-a-secret-scrum-weapon-20101124-18777.html

    Wallabies 9-15 20-22

wouldnt mind seeing this either 9 Genia 10 QC (Quade Cooper) 11 Ioane 12 Horne 13 Chambers 14 AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) 15 Beale

    Wallabies 9-15 20-22

    9. Genia --- more consistent then burgess, generally choices the right option. 10. Cooper --- Will be responsible for all the playmaking, only thing missing is defence 11. Ioane --- hard strong runner, deadly line-breaker (1st choice winger imo) 12. Horne/Chambers --- Good...

    France vs Wallabies, EOYT 2010

Id prefer Gits before Barnes, besides his goal kicking he didn't offer anything and seemed to be working against Quade. Same team verse England, but swap Hodgeson for McCalman at 8. The reason? I'm pretty much blaming all the forwards for our bad performances, they really need to muscles up...

    Wallaby Selectors.

The selectors are bloody useless. I don't understand how they can pick players who aren't even regular starting players for their Super 14 teams. Sure McCalman isn't too bad, but he hasn't even played a handful of game for the Force yet. How does he get picked before Housten at the Reds, Hoiles...

    Italy vs Wallabies, EOYT 2010

Or a fit Rob Horne would be the perfect fit at 12 outside Cooper, solid defender that can actually make a big hit. Can also make the occasional break and most importantly he's strong, plays above his weight and gets over the gain line. Nice offloader too. If only he can stay fit.

    Italy vs Wallabies, EOYT 2010

The only player Id be resting would be Sharpe as he deserves it and it would be good to blood another lock cos we bloody hell need one ASAP. Maybe rest pocock too but he's probably too valuable so id start him and bring him off around 50mins for Hodgeson. Would do the same for Elsom and Higgers...

Player of the Year: Wallabies v Poms @ Twickers

    3. Moore ----> we really need more muscle in the forwards. Forwards who can actually make dominate tackles and gain some yards. Its a shame TPN n Moore play the same position 2. Beale ----> Gotta love a back with pace and confidence 1. Pocock ----> I cant understand why the rest of the team...

Wallabies v Poms, EOYT 2010, Twickenham

I dont mind TPN over there even if their is no intention of giving him game time. Training with the boys can only mean he will get back to full fitness and full form sooner, and if that is the only reason they flew him all the way there then I aint complaining cos its fucking TPN!
