    Waratahs 2013

With the rise of Douglas and Timani, fully fit TPN, Robinson and Palu, a more experienced Dennis and Kepu, and the signing of year with Hooper, The Tahs are gunna have a bloody damn good forward pack. But again the inside backs look predictable and some-what one-dimensional.

He can also defend! Another positive is that Lealifano, Cooper and JOC (James O'Connor) will be fit next year, our flyhalf battle is looking good.

    End of Year Tour 2012

He didnt get a lot of game time. Auelua has a good few years ahead, He'll be great for the wallabies IMO.

    John O'Neill resigns

Or the CEO who can put on some decent free-to-air TV Rugby Coverage will be remembered.

Larkham inducted into Sports Hall of Fame

Great news. He was my favourite player and the best Aussie I've seen, and the funny thing is I have always thought he was under-rated.

    Hooper stats looking good

We are going to have to agree to disagree, As good as Hooper is I don't think he is as effective as Pocock is.

    Hooper stats looking good

Some good points in there. I guess it is too early to be comparing the both. But in regards to the SA Test, at this current time, if Hooper had been playing instead of Pocock i can't picture him playing the same great scavenging game that Pocock did. Maybe we should start a Pocock Vs Hooper...

    Hooper stats looking good

I thought he was jagging a few almost every game. Some games obviously more then others, and on his off-day he gets none, but lets face it pilfering is a bloody hard skill and Pocock is frequently targeted at the breakdown, but even on his off-day his work-rate and tackling ability always...

Hux sees it too - where have our smarts gone?

Your right, he has had good Test's. But I guess what I'm trying to say is that his freakishly superb super XV form has been not converted to test level, not even close. We need to stop using his Super XV form for evidence he is a good Test player. That said, I still think he still has most...

    Hooper stats looking good

I don't re-call any pilferers at test level. he doesn't have to same strength over the ball that poey does. Test players are stronger than super XV players, and his effectiveness in regards to turnovers is dramatically reduced especially against the likes of the Boks and ABs. However with Poey's...

    Hooper stats looking good

It is proven by his effectiveness on every test he plays. There is countless amount of times he has made a crucial turn-over. He would not look out of place in a world XV, which makes him one of the best players in the world (i did not say he was THE best). I also did not say he was the most...

Hux sees it too - where have our smarts gone?

Larkhams first and last test at flyhalf for the wallabies was great. Cooper has yet to have a good Test for the wallabies (maybe one - cant remember which one). Cooper is an outstanding Super 15 player, but an average error prone test player. End of debate.

Hux sees it too - where have our smarts gone?

Maybe so but lets say there are 20minutes remaining in a match, we need a converted try to win. Larkham notices our line-out is dominating, so he cooly kicks to the corner. Cooper however thinks we need a try i better pull out a miracle and win the game with a cheeky flick-pass, or i'll try side...

haha I think Warnie was pretty smart, Just a cheeky bogan.

    Hooper stats looking good

Pocock is without doubt one of the best players in the world. This is a proven fact. Hooper is playing well but he'll be sitting on the bench everytime Pocock is fully fit. I don't care how good his stats are, Pocock does something that no-one in the world does, he provides key plays that change...

2012 Rugby Championship Round 4 Game 2 Australia vs Argentina - 15 Sep

Completely agree. I think he should stay at 12, he's developing nicely there. Taps can come into 13 in the future.

2012 Rugby Championship Round 4 Game 2 Australia vs Argentina - 15 Sep

I think everyone is under-estimating McCabes attacking abilities, I for one, think our back-line will be more attack minded with McCabe at 12 (over Barnes). No more Barnes kicking away our attacking ball but some-one actually running (even if it is straight into the opposition - at least it will...

Pat McCabe and JOC (James O'Connor) returning from injury. I would argue these are 2 players which recently have been CONSISTENTLY performing in the green and gold jersey. Beale, Cooper and Barnes are too inconsistent.

Wallaby Backrow - The Way Forward?

Next at the Brumbies, we'll have a backrow of Mowen, Pocock, Auelua. My pick for the wallabies back-row.

2012 Rugby Championship Game 2 New Zealand vs Australia - 25 August

First thoughts: Aggression was great, errors/basics were poor. If we can keep up this intensity we are on the right track. I take back everything negative i said about Timani, I thought he was immense today. A lot of great tackles, and hard aggression. I hope he can keep it up. What a...
