    Top14 - 2010/11

Can you imagine the outcry "Won't somebody think of the children"

    Bledisloe IV 2010 Hong Kong

And I would disagree on agreement at 12. Plenty of people would prefer to see Berrick there.

    Western Force 2011

He is exciting and has some toe to boot. I like it, good pickup.

Lote continues to show his class

Watching his pace towards the end of this season, you have to think the Rugby coaches got it wrong with Lote, he bulked up too much. We should have kept him leaner and faster.

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Gits at scrumhalf Ooops, that boat has sailed.

    Sonny Bill Williams

He is developing so rapidly, his ball distribution and kick through yesterday were spot on, almost good enough to take the attention away from his tackle busting and offloading, but I still think he is a better 13 than 12.

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Andy Ellis would have to get some consideration too you would think. He is consistently quick to the breakdown and gives good service.

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

The surprising thing to have come out of this thread for mine is it appears the majority of people are ready to see Barnes at 12 before Gits. Weather this is due to Gits form in the last game and Sookfaces good efforts for Uni or maybe Gits indifferent form for the last couple of years coupled...

    P de Villiers

PDV is obviously bad for SA rugby, but you would have to wonder what percentage of their current slide down the rankings can be attributed to the near universal phenomenon in team sports, where champion teams age and then go through a rebuilding phase. My biggest critcism is that he keeps...

Bundaberg Rum announces it will not renew rugby sponsorship

Success has got to count for something, If not bumping up the asking price, at least interesting more companies to make a play for that spot on the jersey. The advertising managers for these companies would have pressure on them to spend their dollars with a team that that is, A- viewed in a...

NZ Provincial Rugby - ITM Cup

Canterbury just knicked the Ranfurlie Shield from Southland in a ripper of a game, the even more surprising thing is they did it with about 30% possession.

    Melbourne Rebels 2011

I've trolled back 7 pages and can't find any recent information on Stirling Mortlock's fitness. Is he going to be ready to go come S15?

    Uni vs Wicks

If we have to dumb rugby down to appeal to the masses, I would prefer it remains in partial obscurity. Rugby for as physical as it is in nature, is a game of subtle nuances that take time to learn to appreciate. Rugby needs to sell it's self on the amount of contested possession a game contains...

    Uni vs Wicks

If you notice the two main things people are whinging about in this thread (besides Stu Dickinson), one being, too many contracted players playing in the state grade GF, taking ths spots of young up and comers, and secondly, poor fan support. Both of these things could be improved by...

    Sonny Bill Williams

He's not bad when they're going forward. I would never have thought I would be saying this, but if I was a current AB centre, I would be looking over my shoulder. You can hear that the commentators are taking him alot more seriously. I'd be surprised if he doesn't get a seat on the EOYT.

    Sonny Bill Williams

SBW had another blinder today, one try and a few classy offloads. They played him at 13 and the extra space seems to agree with him.

MacQueen turned the Wallabies around in one pre-season

I agree 100%. I was more talking along the lines if the line up remains unchanged, ie Gits at 12 JOC (James O'Connor) on a wing.

MacQueen turned the Wallabies around in one pre-season

Do we need to have only one kicker? I would prefer to see JOC (James O'Connor) kick anything within 35m, Beale can take the longer ones, not to forget Barnes and Cooper if we have to.

    Wallaby Inside Backs Headgear Conspiracy

Total Rugby ran a retraction and apology at the end of the show this week. They were just having some fun and thanked Flatley and Larkham for playing along. And here I was thinking poms had a good sense of humor???

NZ Provincial Rugby - ITM Cup

Mike Delaney had a good game for BOP yesterday (despite BOP getting touched up by second bottom side Otago), I wonder why he didn't get a look in at the 10 jersey when Dan Carter was out. They took him on the EOYT in 2009, with Donald injured he would have been a reasonable stand in.
