Stormers vs Waratahs Round 10 @ Newlands

The Tahs haven't been f*cking about at scrum time, lock, hold then push on their ball and on tahs - ball channel one and out. The biggest problem over the last couple of weeks has been the ball coming out too fast. More concerned about matching SA physicality at the breakdown and in contact

    The Wallabies Thread

They probably don't need to throw much at him, most NRL wingers aren't on mega bucks, that goes to their spine. And if he wants to stay in Melbourne he only has the Rebels or Storm to choose from Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Stirzaker appears too slow at the moment, he misses getting to a lot of rucks

Has anyone else noticed that To'omua seems to have backed off in the physicality stakes since those couple of head knocks?

    Force v Waratahs, R9 2016

I actually thought Skelton did a lot more very effective clean out work and that Dennis was getting in the work rate rhythm of last season as his locking partner, but yes we need a 6 who is more effective at lineout

    Force v Waratahs, R9 2016

How many spots did he have to actually turnover? Especially in the forwards Cheika had the final say on most of this squad. It takes a couple of seasons for a new coach to really be "his" squad (Link once said it took "3 years")

    Force v Waratahs, R9 2016

The Tahs were better, essentially they caught more passes. They seem to be working towards a more ensemble, ball in hand side and I have no problem with the concept. Like the Tahs of the last few years, the style is more about building pressure and finishing rolling over the top, the...

    Waratahs 2016

Two different things, the Tahs lost three wallaby winger and needed experience in the mix, Guildford was and is a bet, he an All Blaack has a great work rate and gets involved. As to off field issues, so has had Beale, Palu etc. People grow up

    The new ANZ stadium

I like this stadium, indoor but ................ The grass roles out into full sunshine (often the issue is the edges getting too much shade)

    The Wallabies Thread

With Foley being the 10, we need a ball playing 12 outside him. He plays flatter and takes on the line and contact and the 12 can step in when he is at the bottom of a ruck With Cooper, a running back option was a reasonable option as he didn't want to take contact, digby played that role...

    Waratahs v Brumbies - Round 8, 2016

You can add the lack of effective cleanouts, both Phipps & Lucus were being mullered

    Waratahs v Brumbies - Round 8, 2016

Folau did pretty well considering he was head knocked early. He didn't look out of place in defense or attack against as good a centre pairing as there is in the comp

    Waratahs v Brumbies - Round 8, 2016

The words maybe the same, but the direction is pretty solid. The are trying to play attacking ball in hand rugby, I have no problem with that at all. This season (and next season as Dennis, Beale and probably a couple of others are hopefully moved on) was always been about rebuilding, too...

    Waratahs v Brumbies - Round 8, 2016

Being beaten by Tomane one on one this season? Shit the that victim list is pretty extensive whenever he has been given space at speed this season
