read my next post... I followed by saying "against the all blacks".

So Beale at 12? No. He is a defensive liability and a turn-over liability. Keep him an Impact player/

Australia Vs Argentina, September 13, Gold Coast

Again, he was a top performer, im not doubting that. But who's to say Hodgeson could have made 10 turnovers if he started? I bet the scoreboard would have been positively different if he had.

To be fair Beale's crabbing might have actually worked tonight. SA and AB's would destroy him though. He's better off the bench.

*winning against the All Blacks is what I mean

Australia Vs Argentina, September 13, Gold Coast

You can't say he is the "main" reason we win games. That is a massive assumption. He is definitely one of the top 3 performers in most games. But maybe a Hodgeson style player would be better. There are pro's and con's for both players which have been argued to death (refer to any Pocock V...

Amazed that Hodgson managed 2 turnovers in such a small amount of time. I would not be against him starting over Hooper against the ABs.

Australia Vs Argentina, September 13, Gold Coast

Really not a convincing win at all. Not sure how everyone else feels but I'm really not very confident for the rest of the Rugby Championship. How long has it been since our back-line looked threatening?

Australia Vs Argentina, September 13, Gold Coast

I don't understand this, squatting, dead-lifting and general core work would be vital for a prop. Sure experience and technique would beat strength, but its the bloody wallabies they should have BOTH! A player with 10 years scrummaging experience AND can squat 200kgs is going to be better...

Australia Vs Argentina, September 13, Gold Coast

Unfortunate timing. I believe he signed oversea's before getting picked for the wallabies thinking he would not make the squad. Once selected I heard he tried to get out of his contract but couldn't. Bit different to players like Mowen and Douglas who already knew they were in the wallabies...

    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) is more predictable then Kuridrani. I think the opposition worked out his step then fend long ago. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) is a safer option as he won't put a foot wrong but Kuridrani is opening up defences, offloading, and making big hits.

The call on Vermulens tackle on Slipper was terrible also. Really took advantage away from a great tackle. Lucky for us.

    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

Not complete bullocks. Kuridrani came off the bench against the All Blacks and immediatly made a positive impact. Most of time I forgot AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) was even playing the first 2 Tests. Then Kuridrani backs it up by making a great performance tonight. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) a decent one but not outstanding. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) not...

    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

that is true, but certainly not worse then White. Phipps had many in front of the man that straight away got our back-line firing. White was liabilty the previous 2 Tests and I don't think the same can be said about Phipps, he was more an asset then a liability Unfortunately White without his...

    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

Agreed. And it means an extended amount of time the ball is in the "d zone" which means if their a turn-over a high risk of point to the opposition. Which I think was the result in the first penalty kick awarded to the Boks. We need to learn to get the ball out of the D zone quicker and more...

    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

Interesting post. In regards to the game plan, at times we had a hard time getting out of our half, our kicking game and tactics really let us down. I thought we passed it off to forward runners one or two many times before clearing it and once we cleared it the kick was either straight to the...

I really hope both Higgers and Horwill get a start next week. Higgers was superb. What on Earth is happening with Palu? His superb super season has not translated to the Test arena. It's time for Higginbothan to step in.
