That isn't the issue, at least in Rugby. There is a process to go through running months. I wouldn't think 20 - 30 year olds that are not otherwise a risk category will be anywhere but near the end of that process.

This. Add to it that the FTA games will focus on NSW and Qld - which sounds fine in terms of supporter base until you consider the quality of the Waratahs this year. Personally I think they are better to play whatever game is rated as being the highest quality each week.
