Stuff like halves and front row are different though, especially for the Pasifika nations. Big Back rowers can play lock, and big wingers can play center, but those 5 positions are a bit more key to bring in, given the style/type of player that's typically developed by them

Simplist answer is that all the decisions are justifiable and acceptable, except for the 2 hookers which is a very very unecessary risk. With one big "objective" whopper, all the other "subjective" ones start getting lumped on when people criticise.
