In both cases the player was already being tackled/going to ground........ I would suggest they need to adapt their technique and maybe not go for the cheap shot. If you go for a swinging arm to a player in a vulnerable position, you get what you deserve.

I have no issue with them - contact with the head, with the mitigating circumstance being that the attacking player was going low so reduced to yellow cards. On both occasions the second defender is only coming in with the cheap shot, and the onus should be on them to avoid the head.

So there was no need for the second man to come in with the hit?

Meh........... that's the risk you take going in with a swinging arm to a player in a vulnerable position. Both deserved yellow.

I've just gotta say............... I've seen quite a lot of mention of Samu being a "small forward," who seems to play beyond his size... But today watching him and Valetini play together... despite what their height and weight stats say - Samu certainly looks "bigger."

He's easily the best 13 in the squad, but he doesn't work in a partnership with Kerevi, who dies with the ball too often......... So we need at least one player in the centres with the ability to pass... Controversially, I would suggest that Kerevi's place in the team shouldn't be guaranteed...
