Will the Saffer results stand, with players being sent home on drugs charges?

Crow, this seems quite analogous to a wrestling problem (or three wrestling problems). I've had a look around and I can't find a fully-featured wrestling machine, but there is a plethora of arm wrestling machines. These are interesting because they provide a fixed base implementation of...

    Genia - straight talking:

He just has to be careful not to be displaced by Burgess. Hopefully his current poor form, compared to last year, is due to injury or the second year yips.

Which players to be sent home after Munster

Aren't there only seven Waratahs in the squad?

He had a phenomenal long passing game at school.

Gilbert learned to tackle. Maybe he can teach Quade. Quade is a solid lad.

If I understand forward play correctly, a device would need a hand to reach and squeeze the tighthead's balls. :(

Gee Ross, don't get me wrong please. I'm not being critical. I'm simply interested in the engineering question. No, I haven't spent any time in a scrum. However I've been a member of a team that built a full 3D flight simulator apparatus, for missile simulation, for the RAN. I think in...

Another option that hasn't had much air yet is Beale at 12. He played his best ever football for the Waratahs at 12, outside Barnes. Cooper and Beale have been playing 10/12 in various combinations in age group footy since their early teens.

I don't think anyone is suggesting we cannot critique, Gnostic. But deciding what we don't know is just as important (and as interesting) as writing about what we do. We all suffer from pundititis: it is a consequence of writing on the Internet. Contrarian voices are a useful antidote to...

Nah, the software simulation is the easy part, a straightforward problem in finite element analysis. I could write the code. :) I've written code for flight simulators, in my distant past.

Ben Mowen? Didn't he play eight this year, mainly off the bench?

Do we really need a playmaker @ 12?

Only the short ones, and with decreasing frequency as players learn Quade's style. The long ones go right to the chest of the receiver and stick. I disagree with Bullrush: QC (Quade Cooper) has the best long pass in the game.

Bruce, leaving aside the "Packing down against England on a wet surface with Sheridan in a bad mood" options, from an engineering perspective what is being suggested bears a close resemblance to the problems addressed by flight simulators, or advanced driving simulators, and probably presents a...

    Italy vs Wallabies, EOYT 2010

RH I agree. Then we have both rested, and newly tested players, to choose from for the all-important France game. The problem is that most of the dirt-trackers looked quite poor against Leicester, but hopefully that was rust and the conditions.

I am becoming convinced by some of the posters on this thread, that KB (Kurtley Beale) should be given a shot at 10. He offers what QC (Quade Cooper) does, and has suddenly learned the art of tackling. If we want a counter-attacking fullback then Hynes is now fit.

Do we really need a playmaker @ 12?

Morty's previous efforts at 12 have been notable for their complete lack of success.
